Refunds & Exchange Policy
Please choose carefully as we do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchase. If you wish make an exchange please note item(s) must be in original packaging, free from damage and in 100% working order. We do not cover the return shipping cost if you wish to exchange an item.
Defective/faulty products
If you believe your item is defective or faulty, please contact us asap and include a photo showing all damage and a description of the fault. In this case a member of our support team will speak with you to organise the return shipping of the item.
Warranty
We offer a 12 month warranty in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you need to make a claim within the first 12 months of purchase please contact us via email or phone. We do offer extended warranties or care packages on any items.
